Purchases of SALE items and Knitting Patterns are final and not eligible for return. Returns on all other eligible products may be arranged within 30 days of purchase and are subject to approval by Knitting Notions.
We will be glad to work it out with you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the exchange or refund is due to a defect in the item, or was otherwise due to an error on our part.
For yarns: As above, please contact us first and let us know you reason for requesting the exchange or return. We will arrange for exchanges or refunds on a case by case basis. In order for Knitting Notions to agree to a refund or exchange, yarn should be in unused condition. Only full measure skeins are to be accepted.
You may submit the order and product information along with the reason for your return at the Customer Service column in the footer of any page on the website. Look for the link called Returns.
After submitting your Return Request please copy your details concerning the return and send them in an email to email@example.com to ensure we get your request processed as quickly as possible.
